We share an office with Edge, Xbox World and OPSM2 - mostly white, same age range, mostly men. There are two female staffers in the office: so, it's about 1 in 10 boy/girl ratio."

My publication has 1 male editor (me), and 2 women editors. All of us are white; then again, our state is 98% white, so I suppose that isn't too shocking.
